It is manufactured from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues, ensuring efficient use of raw materials while providing excellent structural and mechanical performance.

The production process utilizes Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers in combination with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines and single-step hot-pressing technology, producing panels with tighter bonding, superior dimensional stability, and a consistent, smooth surface compared to conventional two-step pressed boards.
