It is made entirely from imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, ensuring efficient use of raw materials and superior structural quality. The production process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This produces panels with stronger bonding and enhanced stability compared to conventional two-step formed products.
