Luli Precision OSB is a premium, environmentally conscious engineered wood panel, recognized for its top-quality performance and international certification compliance. It is made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood processing by-products—ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining excellent durability. The manufacturing process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher high-precision spreading machines, together with a one-step hot-pressing process. This produces a tighter bond and a more stable structure compared to traditional two-step formed panels.

  • Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).

  • Standard panel size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

  • Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (standard: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).

  • Key advantages: Minimal expansion, excellent dimensional stability, uniform texture, strong nail retention, and high compression/tensile strength.

Environmental & Safety Features

  • Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free of formaldehyde and benzene.

  • Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³ (nearly zero, undetectable in professional tests).
