Luli Precision OSB is a high-performance engineered wood panel that is both durable and environmentally responsible. Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues—it efficiently utilizes raw materials while providing excellent structural performance. The production process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a one-step hot-pressing method. This ensures a tighter bond and a more stable panel compared to traditional two-step forming panels.

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes available: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (normal range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
