Luli Precision OSB – High-Performance, Eco-Friendly Engineered Panel

Luli Precision OSB is a superior engineered wood panel that combines durability, stability, and environmental sustainability. Made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues, it ensures maximum resource utilization while delivering excellent mechanical strength and dimensional precision.

The panels are produced using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher’s high-precision spreading and single-step hot-pressing technology, resulting in tighter bonding and a more stable structure than traditional two-step forming products.

  • Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm)

  • Standard size: 1220×2440mm

  • Custom sizes: Width 1220–2500mm, Length 2440–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm)

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm–±0.5mm

  • Density: 590–650kg/m³ (typical 600–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade 630–640kg/m³)

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%)
