Manufactured entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood residues—it ensures maximum utilization of raw materials while delivering reliable structural quality. The production process integrates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing method, resulting in stronger adhesion and a more stable panel than traditional two-step formed products.

Standard sheet dimensions: 1220×2440mm; Customizable sizes: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (normal: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
