Luli Precision OSB is an environmentally conscious, high-performance engineered wood panel recognized for its premium quality and adherence to international certification standards. Manufactured from 100% imported radiata pine—including small logs and leftover wood residues—it ensures efficient use of resources while delivering excellent structural stability. The production line employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing process. This produces panels with stronger bonding and enhanced stability compared to conventional two-step formed products.

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

  • Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).

  • Core advantages: Low expansion, uniform texture, excellent dimensional stability, strong nail retention, and high compressive/tensile strength.

Environmental Performance

  • Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free from formaldehyde and benzene.

  • Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³ (effectively zero; undetectable in professional testing).
