Luli Precision OSB – High-Quality, Eco-Friendly Engineered Panel

Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for outstanding strength, stability, and environmental sustainability. Made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, it maximizes material utilization while ensuring superior performance and long-lasting durability.

The panel is produced using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers combined with Germany Dieffenbacher’s high-precision spreading machines and single-step hot-pressing technology, resulting in a tightly bonded structure that is more stable than conventional two-step formed boards.

  • Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm)

  • Standard size: 1220×2440mm

  • Custom dimensions: Width 1220–2500mm, Length 2440–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm)

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm–±0.5mm

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

  • Density: 590–650kg/m³ (standard: 600–640kg/m³; decorative five-layer: 630–640kg/m³)

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%)

  • Advantages: Low expansion coefficient, uniform texture, high nail-holding capacity, and strong compression/tensile strength

Environmental Performance

  • Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, formaldehyde-free and benzene-free

  • Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³, virtually undetectable in professional tests
