Luli Precision OSB is a high-performance engineered wood panel, crafted with environmental responsibility and exceptional quality in mind. Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and leftover wood material—it efficiently uses resources while delivering excellent structural stability. The production process employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, combined with a single-step hot-pressing procedure. This ensures stronger bonding and a more stable panel compared to conventional two-step forming methods.

Thickness options: 6mm–40mm (common sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Customizable dimensions: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other possibilities include 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Advantages: Low expansion, stable dimensions, uniform surface texture, strong nail-holding capacity, and high compressive and tensile strength.

Environmental & Safety Features

Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free from formaldehyde and benzene.
