Luli Precision OSB is a high-quality, environmentally friendly engineered wood panel recognized for its excellent performance and compliance with global certification standards. Produced entirely from imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues, it optimizes the use of raw materials while delivering reliable structural performance. The manufacturing process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This ensures stronger bonding and greater stability compared to conventional two-step formed panels.

Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
