Produced entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood processing residues—it optimizes raw material usage while providing excellent structural stability. The manufacturing process incorporates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This method produces stronger bonding and a more stable panel compared to conventional two-step forming.
