Luli Precision OSB is a high-quality, environmentally friendly engineered wood panel, recognized for its superior strength and compliance with international standards. Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and processing residues—it maximizes resource efficiency while delivering excellent structural performance. The production process employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This results in panels with stronger adhesion and improved stability compared to conventional two-step manufacturing methods.

Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (regular: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
