Luli Precision OSB is a high-grade engineered wood panel that offers outstanding performance while being environmentally responsible. It is made entirely from imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, ensuring efficient use of raw materials and superior structural quality. The production process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This produces panels with stronger bonding and enhanced stability compared to conventional two-step formed products.

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (commonly available sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Advantages: Low expansion coefficient, excellent dimensional stability, uniform texture, strong nail retention, and high compressive and tensile strength.

Environmental & Safety Performance

Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free from formaldehyde and benzene.
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³ (virtually zero, undetectable in professional tests).
