Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing leftovers—it ensures optimal utilization of raw materials while delivering superior durability. The manufacturing process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing method. This process produces a tighter bond and a more stable panel than conventional two-step formed products.
