Luli Precision OSB is a top-tier engineered wood panel that combines high performance with environmental sustainability. It is produced from 100% imported radiata pine, including smaller logs and wood processing residues, ensuring maximum utilization of materials while maintaining excellent structural strength. The panel is manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, alongside a single-step hot-pressing process. This ensures tighter adhesion and greater stability than traditional two-step panels.

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (commonly available: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (additional options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (regular range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Key advantages: Minimal expansion, stable dimensions, uniform texture, high nail-holding strength, and strong compressive and tensile resistance.
