Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel that combines excellent performance with environmental sustainability. It is produced entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and residual wood materials—ensuring efficient use of raw resources while maintaining high structural quality. The production process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers along with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery and a single-step hot-pressing method. This ensures stronger bonding and a more stable panel compared to conventional two-step forming processes.

Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Characteristics:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
