Produced entirely from imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and leftover wood—it ensures maximum utilization of materials while maintaining excellent structural integrity. The panel is manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher high-precision spreading machines, together with a one-step hot-pressing process. This advanced method produces panels with superior bonding strength and enhanced stability compared to traditional two-step forming techniques.

Standard size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes available: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Features:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
