It is made entirely from imported radiata pine, including smaller logs and leftover wood from processing, ensuring maximum material utilization while maintaining superior structural strength. The production employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers along with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines and a single-step hot-pressing method. This approach delivers tighter bonding and greater stability compared to traditional two-step formed panels.
