Produced entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing residues—it optimizes material usage while providing consistent high performance. The manufacturing process features Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading equipment, combined with a one-step hot-pressing process. This method results in stronger bonding and a more stable structure compared to conventional two-stage forming panels.
