Luli Precision OSB – High-Strength, Eco-Friendly Engineered Wood Panel

Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for strength, stability, and sustainable performance. Made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, it ensures efficient use of materials while maintaining excellent mechanical performance and precise dimensional stability.

The panel is manufactured using Canada’s Kadant Carmanah 28/81 long-strand flakers along with Germany’s Dieffenbacher single-step hot-pressing system, producing tighter fiber bonding, smooth surface finish, and superior structural integrity compared to conventional two-step pressed boards. Its advanced production process minimizes expansion, prevents deformation, and delivers a durable panel suitable for diverse environmental conditions.

Eco-Friendly & Safe Material

Luli OSB uses PMDI (isocyanate) adhesive, making it formaldehyde- and benzene-free, ideal for safe indoor and structural applications.
