Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for exceptional strength, stability, and sustainable use. Manufactured from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs, wood residues, and processing offcuts, it ensures efficient material utilization while providing consistent mechanical performance, precise dimensional accuracy, and long-lasting durability.

The panel is produced using Canada’s Kadant Carmanah 28/81 long-strand flakers in combination with Germany’s Dieffenbacher precision spreading and single-step hot-pressing system. This advanced manufacturing process guarantees superior fiber bonding, smooth and uniform surface, and enhanced structural integrity compared to traditional two-step pressed boards. Its design minimizes expansion, prevents warping or deformation, and ensures reliable performance under varying environmental conditions.
