It is produced entirely from imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and leftover wood materials, optimizing raw material usage while ensuring excellent durability. The manufacturing process incorporates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher’s high-precision spreading machines, combined with one-step hot-pressing technology. This results in stronger adhesion and a more stable panel structure compared with traditional two-stage forming processes.
