Produced entirely from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, it ensures efficient material utilization while providing reliable strength, smooth surface texture, and long-lasting stability.

The production line incorporates Canada’s Kadant Carmanah 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany’s Dieffenbacher precision spreading and single hot-pressing technology, achieving superior bonding, tighter structure, and greater flatness compared to traditional two-step forming methods.
