It is produced from 100% imported radiata pine, utilizing small-diameter logs and wood processing leftovers to make the most of available resources while delivering excellent durability. The manufacturing process combines Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers with Germany Dieffenbacher high-precision spreading machines and a one-step hot-pressing technique, resulting in a denser panel with stronger bonding and greater structural stability compared to conventional two-step formed products.
