Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing leftovers—it maximizes raw material utilization while providing reliable structural performance. The manufacturing process employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a one-step hot-pressing process. This produces a panel with stronger bonding and a more stable structure compared to conventional two-step forming techniques.
