Luli Precision OSB is a high-quality, environmentally responsible engineered wood panel recognized for its superior performance and compliance with international standards. Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood processing leftovers—it maximizes material efficiency while delivering outstanding structural performance. The manufacturing process features Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, paired with a one-step hot-pressing method. This produces panels with stronger adhesion and improved stability compared to conventional two-step forming techniques.

Physical & Mechanical Characteristics:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (normal range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
