Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues—it maximizes material efficiency while delivering excellent performance. The manufacturing process features Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher’s precision spreading equipment, coupled with a single-step hot-pressing method. This produces a tighter bond and a more stable structure compared to panels formed in two stages.
