It is crafted entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing by-products—to ensure maximum material efficiency while delivering superior performance. The manufacturing process utilizes Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This results in a stronger bond and a more stable structure compared to conventional two-step panels.
