Luli Precision OSB is a high-grade engineered wood panel designed for both performance and environmental sustainability. It is produced entirely from imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and leftover wood materials, ensuring maximum utilization of resources while maintaining superior performance. The production process incorporates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, together with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This results in stronger adhesion and a more stable panel structure compared to conventional two-step forming processes.
