Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues—it ensures efficient material use while delivering superior strength and stability. The manufacturing process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers, precision spreading machines from Germany’s Dieffenbacher, and a single-step hot-pressing technique, producing panels with tighter bonding and a more consistent structure than conventional two-step products.
