I. Project Overview

　　¥6B Hunan Luli Green Materials Sci-Tech Park (2022-23 Hunan Key Project): 1500+ mu, 400K+ ㎡ in Yongzhou. Components: 2×800K m³ PB plant, 60MW biomass CHP, timber exchange, logistics, wood processing, eco-building materials, 500K m³ premium panels. Planned: ¥4B Modern Furniture Park (450 mu, 4 HOMAG 4.0 lines, 600K furniture sets/yr).

　　¥2.85B PB project: Dieffenbacher tech, 3.9M ton/yr bamboo/wood input. Produces 1.6M m³ formaldehyde-free FOSB/OSB/flame-retardant boards. National PB demonstration base with optimal efficiency/eco-standards.

　　60MW biomass CHP: 3×170t/h boilers, 2×30MW turbines. Uses 100% agricultural/wood waste (replacing coal). Aligns with national low-carbon policies.

　　¥1B wood processing: 1.1M m³ log input → 600K m³ sawn timber + 180K m³ laminated wood/yr.

　　¥200M eco-building materials: 150K m³ AAC blocks/panels from power plant waste.

　　¥500M premium panels: Wemhöner short-cycle presses, IVM coating lines. 452K m³ OSB panels + 48K m³ UV panels with Schattdecor sync-printing (5× traditional efficiency).

　　¥4B furniture park: Formaldehyde-free OSB substrate, HOMAG smart systems. Output: 600K sets/yr.

　　Current status: 40% operational (PB/wood processing/CHP), full production by June 2025. Projected: ¥7B+ revenue, ¥1.3B tax, 1,500+ jobs.
