This workshop is equipped with four German Wemhöner (formerly Wemhöner) double-feed/double-discharge short-cycle laminating presses. Managed via a digital control room, the entire production process—from feeding, paper laying, and hot pressing to discharge, edge trimming, inspection, cooling, curing, and packaging—is automated using industrial robots. The equipment achieves a rapid non-pressing time of 1.2 seconds per cycle. Each line outputs over 7,000 finished panels daily, with a total workshop capacity of 30,000 panels/day, positioning it as one of the world’s highest-capacity high-end decorative panel production facilities.
