Luli Precision OSB is a high-grade engineered wood panel combining superior performance with environmental sustainability. Crafted entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and leftover wood from processing—it maximizes material usage while maintaining excellent structural integrity. The panel is manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing process. This ensures stronger bonding and a more stable structure compared to traditional two-step forming techniques.

Thickness & Dimensions:

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (regular range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Key features: Minimal expansion, excellent dimensional stability, consistent texture, strong nail-holding ability, and high compressive and tensile strength.

Environmental Performance

Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, completely free of formaldehyde and benzene.
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³ (nearly zero and undetectable in certified testing).
