It is made entirely from imported radiata pine, utilizing small-diameter logs and wood processing residues to maximize material efficiency while ensuring excellent performance. The production line employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading equipment, along with one-time hot-pressing technology. This approach produces stronger bonding and a more stable panel structure compared to conventional two-step forming methods.
