Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for both high performance and environmental sustainability. Made entirely from imported radiata pine, including smaller logs and wood processing residues, it optimizes raw material usage while providing exceptional structural stability. The manufacturing process features Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This produces panels with stronger bonding and enhanced stability compared to conventional two-step forming methods.

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (standard sizes: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet dimensions: 1220×2440mm; Custom sizes available: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options include 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Key features: Low expansion, excellent dimensional stability, consistent surface texture, high nail retention, and strong compressive and tensile strength.

Environmental & Safety Performance

Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free from formaldehyde and benzene.
