Luli Precision OSB – High-Strength, Eco-Friendly Engineered Panel

Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for superior strength, stability, and sustainable use. Made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood residues, it maximizes resource efficiency while delivering exceptional mechanical performance and precise dimensional stability.

Manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers و Germany Dieffenbacher high-precision spreading machines with single-step hot-pressing, the panel offers tighter bonding and a more stable structure compared to conventional two-step forming methods.

  • Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (common: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm)

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm–±0.5mm

  • Density: 590–650kg/m³ (typical 600–640kg/m³; decorative five-layer: 630–640kg/m³)

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%)

  • Advantages: Low expansion coefficient, uniform texture, high nail-holding capacity, strong compression and tensile strength, minimal deformation
