It has four subsidiaries in Jiangxi, Hunan, Sichuan, and Shandong.
The company, based in Shandong and expanding nationwide, aims to establish 15 eco-industrial parks within 5-8 years, targeting 3 million m³ of OSB capacity to lead globally. Its Shouguang industrial park (3000 acres) features a full “tree to home” industry chain. The company focuses on OSB innovation, overcoming traditional OSB’s non-decoratable limitation by developing surface-ready OSB manufacturers products. Utilizing wood processing residues, it promotes efficient, high-value utilization of agricultural/forestry waste. Its projects, recognized internationally for technology (with paving leading globally), include lightweight surface-ready OSB manufacturers. It also develops functional boards like flame-retardant, antimicrobial, antiviral, and moisture-resistant types for safety needs.
It operates five R&D platforms (e.g., Shandong Enterprise Tech Center, Weifang Engineering Lab) and collaborates via “Luli New Materials Research Institute” with institutes like CAF, Shandong Forestry Academy, and universities. Achievements include 20 invention patents, 96 utility models; 20 provincial/municipal awards (e.g., Shandong Sci-Tech Progress, China Excellent Patent, Liangxi Forestry Sci-Tech); participation in 20 national/provincial projects; and contribution to over 40 international/national/industry standards.
Shandong Luli Wood Industry Ecological Industrial Park
Shandong Luli Wood Ecological Industrial Park is located in Weifang, Shandong Province, covering an area of 3,000 mu. It houses production lines including: an annual output of 300,000 m³ surface-decoratable OSB; 600,000 m³ surface-decoratable FOSB; and 500,000 m³ high-end decorative panels.
Jiangxi Luli Green New Material Technology Industrial Park
Jiangxi Luli Green New Materials Technology Industrial Park is located in Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 2,200 mu. It utilizes internationally advanced Dieffenbacher production technology and equipment to produce 1.6 million m³ of various panels annually, including OSB/FOSB.
Hunan Luli Green New Material Technology Industrial Park
Hunan Luli Green New Materials Technology Industrial Park is located in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, covering an area of 2,050 mu. It employs internationally advanced Dieffenbacher production technology and equipment to annually produce 1.6 million m³ of formaldehyde-free panels, including OSB manufacturers, FOSB, and OSB flame-retardant boards.
