Luli Precision OSB is a premium engineered wood panel designed for superior strength, stability, and adherence to global standards. It is made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and wood processing residues, maximizing raw material efficiency while delivering excellent structural and mechanical performance.

The panels are manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers along with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines and single-step hot-pressing technology, resulting in panels with tighter bonding, improved dimensional stability, and a uniform structure compared to traditional two-step pressed products.

  • Density: 590–650kg/m³ (typical: 600–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630–640kg/m³)

  • Moisture Content: 4–13% (standard ≤8%)

  • Core Benefits: Low expansion, anti-deformation, uniform surface texture, high nail retention, and strong compressive and tensile strength

Environmental Features

  • Adhesive: PMDI glue — formaldehyde-free and benzene-free
