Luli Precision OSB is a high-grade, eco-conscious engineered wood panel renowned for its exceptional performance and adherence to international certification standards. Constructed entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing remnants—it ensures maximum material efficiency while providing reliable structural quality. The panel is manufactured using Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers combined with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machinery, along with a one-step hot-pressing process. This results in superior adhesion and a more stable structure compared to traditional two-step forming methods.

Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (commonly available: 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).
Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom dimensions: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).
Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Characteristics:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
Advantages: Low expansion coefficient, high dimensional stability, uniform surface texture, strong nail-holding capacity, and excellent compression/tensile strength.

Environmental & Safety Performance

Adhesive: PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free from formaldehyde and benzene.
Formaldehyde emission: ≤0.005mg/m³ (effectively zero, undetectable in certified tests).
