Manufactured entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and residual wood material—it optimizes raw material usage while delivering superior strength and stability. The production process employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading equipment, along with a single-step hot-pressing method. This ensures a tighter bond and more consistent structure compared to traditional two-step formed panels.

Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (typical 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).
Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).
