It is made from 100% imported radiata pine, including smaller logs and leftover wood materials, optimizing resource utilization while delivering consistent strength and stability. The production process employs Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, along with a single-step hot-pressing technique. This creates panels with superior bonding and enhanced structural stability compared to traditional two-step methods.
