It is manufactured entirely from imported radiata pine—including smaller logs and wood processing leftovers—maximizing material efficiency while ensuring exceptional performance. The production line incorporates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading equipment, along with a one-step hot-pressing process, resulting in stronger adhesion and a more stable panel compared to conventional two-step forming methods.
