Made entirely from imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood processing leftovers—it maximizes material efficiency while ensuring excellent structural performance. The production process incorporates Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, together with a single-step hot-pressing method. This produces panels with tighter bonding and a more stable structure compared to conventional two-step formed products.
