Produced from 100% imported radiata pine—including small logs and wood processing leftovers—it maximizes material efficiency while ensuring excellent structural integrity. The manufacturing process uses Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading machines, combined with a single-step hot-pressing technology. This produces a tighter, more uniform structure compared to conventional two-step forming panels.
