The manufacturing process utilizes Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers and Germany Dieffenbacher high-precision spreading machinery, combined with single-step hot-pressing technology. This results in a tightly bonded panel with greater structural stability compared to conventional two-step formed products.
