Luli Precision OSB is a high-grade, environmentally friendly engineered wood panel celebrated for its outstanding quality and compliance with global certification standards. Produced using 100% imported radiata pine—including small-diameter logs and wood processing by-products—it optimizes material usage while ensuring excellent durability and performance. The manufacturing process combines Canada Kadant Camara 28/81 long-strand flakers with Germany Dieffenbacher precision spreading equipment and a single-step hot-pressing process, delivering stronger bonding and more stable structural integrity than two-stage formed panels.

  • Thickness range: 6mm–40mm (popular sizes include 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 17mm, 18mm, 19mm, 25mm).

  • Standard sheet size: 1220×2440mm; Custom dimensions: Width 1220mm–2500mm, Length 2440mm–5100mm (other options: 1250×2500mm, 610×2440mm, 1220×1220mm).

  • Thickness tolerance: ±0.2mm to ±0.5mm.

Physical & Mechanical Properties:

  • Density: 590kg/m³–650kg/m³ (regular range: 600kg/m³–640kg/m³; five-layer decorative grade: 630kg/m³–640kg/m³).

  • Moisture content: 4%–13% (standard ≤8%).

Environmental Features

  • Adhesive: Advanced PMDI (isocyanate) glue, free of formaldehyde and benzene.
