Luli Precision OSB – Durable, Eco-Friendly Engineered Panel

Luli Precision OSB is a high-quality engineered wood panel designed for stability, strength, and environmental sustainability. Made from 100% imported radiata pine, including small-diameter logs and reclaimed wood residues, it optimizes raw material use while ensuring long-lasting performance and consistent dimensional accuracy.

The production process integrates Canada’s Kadant Carmanah 28/81 long-strand flakers with Germany’s Dieffenbacher precision spreading and one-step hot-pressing system, creating stronger fiber bonding, smoother surface finish, and higher structural consistency compared to traditional two-step pressed panels.

Luli OSB uses PMDI (isocyanate) adhesive, making it formaldehyde- and benzene-free, suitable for healthy indoor environments and sustainable construction.
